Empowering the Next Generation: NCI’s Young Future Leaders Programme 2025/2026

1–2 minutes

The National College of Ireland (NCI) is proud to launch the Young Future Leaders Programme (YFLP) 2025/2026, an exciting initiative designed to inspire, educate, and empower tomorrow’s changemakers.

The YFLP helps young people develop the confidence, curiosity, and skills they need to become well-rounded leaders in a digital world. Participants will explore a wide range of topics—from coding and digital literacy to the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence—ensuring they understand not just how technology works, but how to use it wisely.

Leadership today also means being a strong communicator and a responsible digital citizen. Through interactive sessions on presentation skills and online safety, students will learn how to express their ideas with impact while protecting themselves and others in online spaces.

The programme embodies NCI’s commitment to preparing young people for the future—one where leadership, technology, and ethics go hand in hand. By equipping students with these essential tools, the Young Future Leaders Programme helps them take their first confident steps toward shaping a smarter, safer, and more inclusive digital future.
