We will discuss a number of both established and recent digital developments relevant for people interested in safety, effectiveness and efficiency in digital pharmacy at the front-line. Topics will include implementation experience of the Hospital Medicines Management System, National Cancer Information System, PCRS Data Analytics, CHI Paediatric Formulary App, Electronic Prescribing experience in St James’ Hospital, developments in falsified medicine, Digital Tools to improve Medications Safety and high alert medications.
