The Role of Leaders Managers & Decision Makers in Transformation

Given time and budget, most technologists deliver exactly what they’ve been asked to deliver.  The biggest challenge is in what is being asked for.  In this seminar we look at the role of leadership in strategic planning using predictive models and the urgency for them to understand the business capabilities of emerging technology.  We also look at how ICT managers can help non-technical leaders become better equipped.

This is the first instalment in a series of three workshop the Irish Computer Society are running in partnership with Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet. The series will be brought to you by Digital Transformation Author, YouTuber and Educator, Niall McKeown.

These webinar are suitable for technical and non-technical decision makers, alike. They are also stand alone events, so you can attend as many or as few as you wish. Sessions are only open to ICS members and number are limited so please do register early if you would like to attend.
