Personal Data Security Breach Code of Practice |

On the 10th June ICS members met to discuss the then proposed Data Breach Code of Practice and submitted a number of recommendations to the Commissioner. The Commissioner has since approved a new Personal Data Security Breach Code of Practice largely unchanged from the draft. This Code of Practice (below) has been approved by the Data Protection Commissioner under Section 13 (2) (b) of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003.
